The great thing about self-build and custom build is that you can design whatever layout you’d like. But if you’ve never done it before, where do you start?
The shell homes at Blenheim Grove are almost complete, and we’ve had some great response from the people that we’ve taken around the site.
But sometimes seeing a shell home that’s a completely blank space is too empty, and it helps to see some ideas of what could be done to the space to help visualise the possibilities.
We’ve asked an architect to help us lay out House 60 in way that best utilises the space available, and created some images to show you what each level of the home could be. But remember, the blank canvas of the shell home means that the layout is completely up to you, so let your imagination create what you need in your own custom build home.
