How much does it cost: Land is guided at £1,150,000 = £230k per plot. Foundations, services + building would cost in the region of another £350k per house.

 

What would I need to budget: For a 105m2 house – you’d need in the region of 600k fully finished

 

What are the things to watch out for: Bit far from the train station – so commuting might be a pain – but who’s commuting these days?!
