How much does it cost: Offers in Excess of £1.25 million

 

What would I need to budget: A flat would cost in the region of £550 psf – so a 2 bed would be around £400,000.

 

What are the things to watch out for: No planning! This is always a risk. I’d also think carefully about the current configuration of commercial. It is a difficult time right now for retail and other commercial uses, so the economics would have to stack up.
